I think the idea and the morals this movie wanted to convey are good. The idea of racism, oppression and censorship. But the execution was lacking

I'm Still Here 2024
It was a dark time in Brazilian history. A time to this day still affects how politics are played. This movies shows not only an incredibly accurate life of a Brazilian family but how quickly it all was lost because of the government. This is such a bittersweet movie for me, is nostalgic for a country that I know has the potential for great things yet it feels so impossible to think of my Brazil like a place without corruption.
