I’m still in the basement. Mostly horror.

Adolescence 2025
This will undoubtedly be a top 3 TV show for 2025.
Seriously, thank you for creating this masterpiece.

Hell Camp: Teen Nightmare 2023
Another day, another Netflix documentary.
Although this one is definitely a cut above 80% of them. Like the best currently on offer, it's not exploitative and it effectively urges you to investigate what's currently happening around the subject.
I'd have liked to have heard more from those affected and how they've progressed in their lives post trauma, but as an eye opener into this industry it's engaging, if unpleasant.
I'm sure a lot of people will watch this and comment how they almost had to do things like this in their childhoods.

Spice World 1997
There's absolutely no way I could ever give this anything less than five stars.
Hindsight is a VERY powerful weapon and it turns our 'Spice World' had us played the whole time. It's been nearly THIRTY YEARS since its release and what was once dubbed as an all time low for cinema history has come back around as being an ultra smart and self aware political comedy. Yep, 'Spice World' is political. It's a battle of sexism and celebrity idolisation…

Kill List 2011
‘Kill List’ really does fit into the highest calibre of British brutality. Playing with folk horror, snuff movies and clever arthouse, it’s nerve shredding and hideously gory.
One of the best bait and switches I’ve seen, it flips sanity right on its head and takes you on an unhinged journey into the unexplained.
Even for the most fearsome and hardened movie watchers out there, this’ll have your eyes popping out during the finale. There’s no explanation or proper conclusion - you’ll just have to try and sleep it off.
