A Politics, shaped largely by religion, permeates daily life, often constructed by men and followed by women. This dynamic unfolds both outside Tehran and within a home it's beautifully shown where three women are depicted: a mother steadfastly loyal to the father, an elder daughter who is practical yet constrained, and a young adolescent developing her own individual thinking.
