  I love a good historical epic. The start was very slow but pleasant but the movie kicked into high gear for the finale, which i enjoyed.
  This movie was advertised to me as an 'aura and hype moments' movie. and while the historical battle had its hype moments, the little dark age edits carry the 'aura' of this film.

  The guys I liked died :(
  This film was visually spectacular. The depth of characters and performances were incredible. However being a part 1 of 2, the film lacked a proper conclusion, the long runtime as well made for a slow film. I believe once the second part releases I'll look at the movie more favourably, as the characters arcs will be completed
