  Through this film I learned all Greek divas have an adoring journo twink interviewing them, either irl or in their minds.

  I know films aren’t made for the artist themselves but this feels like a disservice. I think Maria would hate it, so I hate it.. This film had the opportunity to be gritty, glam and glorious but they didn’t take the opportunity.

  Such a hard watch as a Pontic/Pontian Greek…
  The prisoners dialogue breaking the fourth wall  during the death marches was my favourite scene. (Feels strange to have a “favourite scene” for a film like this. ) 

  So harrowing and too close to home. I was in fight or flight the whole way through but I appreciate the fact this film was made 🤍
