Wicked 2024
Saw Wicked onstage 17 years ago in Chicago. I remember very little of it. So, I can't speak to additions or elongations. This is a very timely film in many ways. My only complaint is doubly the length of the story and making an 75 to 90 minutes of material into 150 minutes. Wicked: Part 1's pacing is too slow and brings down the story somewhat. This is a good movie, but if they'd kept the story to one part, it probably would've been great.

A Fishy Affair 1913
I'm discoving a bit through these Sennett shorts.
1. Pay attention, because they move fast, especially in the beginning.
2. I don't think I'm a fan of Ford Sterling and his mugging. If he had a loveable personality to go along with it, I could stand it, but he just makes the same disgusted/unhappy expression the whole short. It gets old quickly.
