Killers of the Flower Moon 2023
A stunning late entry into the Scorsese “masterpiece” canon. A story told with nuance, tenderness and balance. Uncompromising but simultaneously immensely compassionate. Worth it for the Lily Gladstone performance alone.
The only bigger accomplishment in the theater was the size of the fish on the guy in front of me’s phone home screen that kept checking throughout the film. He should be very proud of his fishing skills and I hope his football team won.
