  Better than first by a good bit. Most of the flaws from the first are still present but aren’t as apparent while the positives from the first are only improved upon. So overall, surprisingly worth watching.

  An incredibly comforting and emotional experience every time. Films like this, A Few Good Men, Philadelphia, and E.T (among others) are objectively great movies that on a  subjective experience I love to death. I can’t even put it into words.

  After watching this again, I can safely say this is one of the best of all time.
  I think I am one of the few people who actually really appreciates both versions/endings. I prefer the Final Cut more because of the ambiguity aspect but the weight and depth aren’t entirely lost with that more traditional ending.
