As someone who doesn't particularly like musicals all that much, this is very much my kind of musical: macabre and funny, with great character storytelling and I think a bit more of a horror movie than Sleepy Hollow is. I guess the overabundance of CGI still bugs me but when this movie uses sets - and it does well - they are fantastic.
