I have a lot of opinions. All of them correct
The first person POV was really thought provoking and I think ultimately did portray trauma and memory and grief in a compelling way, but also ironically disconnected the audience from the emotional core of the movie in a way that didn’t totally work. I’m really curious about the book it’s based on and wonder if that would shed more light on the film choices. I think I liked it overall and found it moving
