i watched this film like 10 years ago as a teen in highschool. little did i know back then about how revolutionary this movie was in its time, and i still enjoyed it and was charmed by it.
now i must say i was mostly i annoyed, i can see why the film is innovative in its approach etc but honestly i was just a bit annoyed by the dynamics between the main characters the whole time. patricia at the end made the right choice :ppp
but i always love watching movies set in paris in the past <33

even if so brutal, incredibly beautiful and captivating. score is stuck in my head.
also the film shows how just being a woman is basically the horror itselfTranslated from by -
No Country for Old Men 2007
current conclusions:
- anton chigurh is more sympathetic psychopath to me than jack (in 'the house that jack built')
- javier bardem after seeing the dune movies is more sympathetic to me as anton chigurh, the psychopath, than the weird ass scoobydoo guy (sexist dude but pretends to be nice) that used to come in to the café i work at and who reminded me of anton chigurh because of his haircut
- i want to have cowboy bootsi haven't seen this film in many many years
we did consume a tiny bit of edibles before watchingTranslated from by
