One thing is sure, It's pretty hard to match T2: Judgement Day. After Rise of the Machines, Salvation and Genesis we hope that Dark Fate is something to look forward to. It didn't disappoint, the feel of T1 and T2 is there, though it can't match the two originals. Dark Fate does a good job to take the strong points of the classics and put them in a modern Terminator film.

Phoenix plays his character perfectly, a depressed man on the verge of snapping, but holds on on what he still has in life. You can't compare him to Nicholson, Ledger or Leto. In the first half of the film I even felt sorry for him. He's just a man trying to do good and society punches him in the face, again and again and again.

Wow! This is how you end a saga. 10 years and 20 movies of build up to this film and the first 2 hours of the film are a nice build up to the ultimate finale. It still has everything and the 3 hours will pass quickly. A lot of questions from the other movies will be answered and there are moments that can be answered in the future. Does it live up the hype? Absolutely!

Holy crapballs! That's all! Holy crapballs! Always thinking what the next move is going to be and it's just awesome. Everyone has it's own part and time to shine. Full of action, great effects and humor. Has it liven up the hype? Yes indeed.
