  the opening sequence reminded me of when I worked at a grocery store during the pandemic and that was a much scarier experience- especially the days I had to stock toilet paper

  (a COVID era slasher is a fun concept and I want more films with that premise)

  also, unlike Nic Cage, I actually wanted the bees and it was not in the cut I watched :(

  this really tickled my fancy- the lighting/colors, the visuals, the acting, the story and twists all worked fairly well and I hope people go and see this when it releases!!!!

  (Eiza González was so good in this, how am I just seeing her in a leading role now?!?!)

  ((the Q&A with Eiza, Flying Lotus, and Aaron Paul afterward was really insightful and cool and I wish I got the chance to see/attend things like this more often))

  the film tells you the ending right off the bat and yet I still had no idea what to expect and almost every swerve got me
