Very entertaining dark comedy / thriller. Kept me interested the whole time. First movie I enjoyed of 2025. Best Picture 2026 candidate 😄🏆
Ordered the Harissa Chicken Sandwich at Alamo… 5/10
David Lynch's work and creative teachings have inspired me more than any other artist. I've heard so many of my other artists point to him as their key influence. So what is it about his work and life that makes him such an inspiration?
To me it is the way that he approaches everything with feeling and instinct over logic. So much of life is impossible to understand on the surface, so shouldn't art reflect that? His work has taught…
I had to tell myself multiple times throughout that what I was watching was just a film... and I'm still not convinced.
Sundance 2024 Screening #2: It’s hard to even find words for this one, but definitely one of the best documentaries I’ve ever seen. I was so inspired and amazed by this family’s story and lifestyle. The director also does an amazing job documenting moments without ever making it feel intrusive or manipulated. This really was such a perfectly made documentary all around.
