I loved this film way more than I expected to. Bob Dylan is such a prolific songwriter and I especially have a fondness and nostalgia for him as my mom was an uber fan and I’d take her to a lot of his shows later in his career. I was surprisingly impressed with Chalamets performance and appreciate that him, Ed and Monica sang all the songs themselves and sounded great! The songs are timeless and I even cried a few times just thinking about how the lyrics are still so relevant. Music makes me emotional so it was very cathartic.

I Saw the TV Glow 2024
I know so many people really liked this and apparently cried. I’m of the other half that just didn’t get it. It felt like it had no real plot and there was more voice over than action. It’s just two people obsessed with a tv show? But was that even real? It needed more story and scenes with other characters to fully understand what they were living through. It’s like an audio book with some visuals. And was this a horror film or just weird sci-fi. I dunno not for me.
