it is an understatement to say that I liked this movie. I LOVED THIS MOVIE. The writing was amazing and I have truly never seen such great casting in a film.
Kate Hudson is a comedic freakin’ genius. Matthew and Kate’s chemistry on screen was top tier. Even though her character had to be unbelievable at certain points or he had to still care/love for her beyond a reasonable doubt, there was so many moments of nuance and tenderness. Truly…
What a crazy movie. I loved the series and this movie doesn’t disappoint. You got it all. Carrie is having trouble with big, Charlotte wants another kid, Miranda is having trouble with Steve, and Samantha picks herself in the end.
Can’t believe they did Samantha’s storyline like that tho. Shady ass hoes.
Also astounded by Jennifer Hudson being in this movie like I was gagged on floor (great song in the end credits babes) Not as much as when Carrie went brunette….
Still overall I loved it. Is maybe crazy to the average viewer? Maybe. But it is my crazy ass show.

I wished I liked it more. At first I thought movie was very compelling and entertaining but no depth, I fear, was ever accomplished.
Anora had no transformation, lessons learned, or anything and I felt that there were no stakes to her character or life.
I will say the only thing I learned was that Sean Baker LOVES a continuous shot (unfortunately at the cost of having anything deep in the film)
It is so so SO refreshing to finally watch a movie that knows what it wants to be! From the first scene to the end credits i was laughing and so invested.
Keke Palmer was exceptional as the per usual. She has this essence and charisma that makes her so real and relatable. I am honestly shocked she is not in more movies because she definitely has the quality of being an absolute star.
While SZA may not deliver music on…
