It's not like the first one was good but by god how could you fuck this up this bad.
Ranging from absolutely meh musical numbers to completely stale and bad ones. Uninteresting and boring melodies.
As for the story... Well there isn't one. Baffling script. I can understand the "need" to want to subvert expectations but I hardly believe any of this works.
