This one will divide. Watched with a friend who thought it was going to be an A24 style horror (it isn't thank God) and couldn't reconcile that expectation with the movie they saw.
What I saw was a film that came as close to representing the experience of grief as I can ever imagine being achieved on screen, yet somehow not depressing! Beautiful, heartbreaking, uncomfortable, wild, fucked up, genuine filmmaking.
Also features two of the best kid performances I've ever seen.
