    Ahead of its time thematically, and the actual scale and structure of its story is handled impressively though the silent medium. But the real takeaway from 'Pandora's Box' is Brooks' central performance as Lulu. Each of her movements is balletic, and it is her presence that brings all the dimensions of the film together. Whether the tone is comedic or tragic, it is all controlled by her magnetic performance.
