  Very interesting and wonderful film. I think I'll need to watch it again to let it fully submerge.

  But I've really got to emphasize how hilarious it is that Logan Paul, of all people, has been super vocal over how he didn't like the message of the film. 
  The same man that filmed a person's corpse only for internet attention. 

  All I can really say about the irony of that, is that it's poetry. It really is.

  Funny Games 1997

  A film which works on almost every level for me, that I would recommend to absolutely no one.
  I've written before about how I don't find horror films to be particularly scary. Movies like The Conjuring or Hereditary don't stick with me for the long run, which isn't to say I don't like them, but I watch them, get kind of spooked, appreciate their craft and move on.
  But this tapped into that part of me that I'm genuinely horrified…
