  A Real Pain 2024

  I know these two people, or real-life equivalents. I'm sure many of us do. The way they were written and portrayed in this film is so accurate, if a little exaggerated times, but it still feels authentic. The contrasts in their personalities, the origins and outcomes that created and resulted from those personalities is nuanced and interesting.
  The pacing is solid and writing is funny and thoughtful. Didn't expect to like this as much as I did, but I understand why others might not feel the same.

  Starts off much stronger than it ends. Great casting and I enjoyed the idea of "facts and logic atheist psychopath" as a horror villain. Felt like it was trying to say too much and ended up a bit nonsensical.
