  Stylish foreplay of the long-time married dressed up as an espionage thriller. Slick as hell, horny as fuck with a hot score and incredible murkiness in its lighting auras. 

  Soderbergh does this like no one else. Fassbender and Blanchett are off the charts.

  Osgood Perkins? More like IS BAD PERKINS. 

  Parts one and two: genuinely felt anxious in that way a truly good horror only can make you feel. Not through cheap jump scares or jittering grunge edits, just straight up mood, claustrophobic vibes, allusions, sets and costumes. 

  Part three threw all that away for a grab bag of premium references (Silence of the Lambs, Se7en, Zodiac, even fuckin Psycho) and the cheapest tax-write-off 82 minute shit you can find on Shudder. 

  A huge waste of the early endeavour.
