HOLY SHIT. Where do i start with this film omg.
This film is beautifully compelling with its gripping, tragic story and gorgeous visuals.
The narrative had me so encapsulated with this theme of grieving lost relationships, or the relationships that could have been. I love so much how they used the idea of In-Yun throughout the film. I like the idea of Anora breaking down the tropes and stereotypes of sex workers in main stream media, but for me, the message didn't reach me through the film.
Although I can understand that the extremely explicit sex scenes are purposefully subversive to sex scenes in mainstream media, in order to convey this message-- this aswell as the lack of character background for Anora-- they really didn't do it for me while watching the film. Admittedly likely a fault to my own personal taste.

even though it's definitely not my kind of genre, furiosa was amazing.
The story was such a tragedy i was kicking and screaming, yet the cinematography and the MWAH LIGHTING made it so beautiful.
Also also chris hemsworth definitely surpassed my expectations portraying the main villian

this biopic is visually stunning and so compelling. Even though Bob Dylan is just an asshole half the time, im so interested in what he'll do next-- also what the hell he's mumbling.
