On the bright side, I've learned that Frank Nelson was the inspiration for that mmmyeeas guy on The Simpsons.
The misogyny of many classic films is often a background element, but it's so painfully evident here. There are moments when you think you're going to see some character development, only for them to devolve into an echo of something a man said. There's the occasional good one-liner, but not enough to keep it interesting.
