Everyone in this film is so horrified, hopeless, and depressed. Except for Willem Dafoe who has found himself in a Simpsons Tree House of Horror scenario and is having a freaking awesome time

Over the past few years, i have built up nearly insurmountable, extremely unrealistic expectations for this movie.
