  I had to take a break from my life for a week after watching this one. It's amazing what Von Trier can do, not only does he leave you uncomfortable with what you're watching, he leaves you uncomfortable with the possibility that what you are watching might be real somewhere. That life is more than black and white, that it might just be fucked, and maybe that's all there is.
