While watching in Ultra AVX I find myself thinking - this sound ain’t all that. The attention to detail is fantastic, diversity of casting, and Cynthia can never do any wrong. I personally don’t love Ariana as Glinda because she lacks gravitas but that’s my snobby musician’s opinion. This film is for the little girls and their grandmas of which my screening was chock full, and as such it’s perfection.

I enjoyed this film immensely as a lover of religious thought and horror alike. Hugh Grant is a in his apt villain era and I love how this film will keep you thinking of it for a long time after. It’s a new cult classic - now what did his mugs say on them - Abby?

Sheer Genius plus we got to go to Mumhattan and meet Mumbai’s Spider Man, a bomb ass pregnant Black Spider-Woman, plus a punk Spider Man who is cooler than Lenny and Jimi combined.

I’m not convinced IMAX is required but hey, why not if you have the option?

Just get out and see it in the theatre. 🕷️
