Anora 2024
felt really sick watching most of this; comedy as a conservative form after all. Mikey Madison's eyes will haunt me. I'd love to know if Sean Baker wrote this in English first and translated it after or how much of the Russian was improvised. Karren Karagulian performed incredibly as always.
