  Genuinely the worst movie I’ve seen in a long while. Adam Driver was stiff, Gaga was annoying, Pacino & Irons slept walked their way through the film, and Leto was unbearable. Scott created a long and drawn out film with no excitement. What did we get instead of the excitement of classic Scott films? We got a story about a bitchy family who annoyed the pants off me. Could there be anything worse than 2 and a half hours of unrelenting family drama? It was one of the whiniest films I’ve seen of all time and easily the worst film of the year.

  This is how you do a cop film!
  Dirty Harry ain’t shit. 
  Friedkin goes hard criticizing the police force by portraying them as an off the hook, reckless, wild bunch of guys who brutalize criminals. 
  The movie has a lot to say and also just happens to be an incredibly tense thrill ride of an action film. 
  RIP Gene Hackman, I have been to Poughkeepsie but can’t say that I picked my feet there.
