As always with Villeneuve, cinematography, sound design, characters, performances, and symbolism is on point. I'm not going to bother praising this masterpiece of a movie, and am going to focus on the only negative. The ending is too tidy. This film is dark and gruesome, and everything just ends up too tidy. Gyllenhaal's character is happy that he still has solved every case. The children are found. Jackman at least gets an implied prison sentence however.

Villeneuve you've done it again.
Enemy (2013) is a movie that you really makes you think and makes a long-lasting impression on you. As regular with Villeneuve the cinematography, sound design and score, directing, screenplay, and characters are brilliant.
