  I remember my dad renting this from blockbuster when I was younger and it being a crazy action movie now upon rewatch this movie was so dark. The ending completely caught me off guard too.

  This nostalgic watch feels like a classic mystery movie while still reminding you you’re watching scooby doo. I like the twist of the zombies being real and not just a guy in a mask. I feel this era of scooby doo movies is so beloved because of the real monsters.

  Another nostalgic watch last night with this one. Let’s hit on the side characters in this first. They actually for once hold a prominent position alongside the main group. Ben is prominent from the beginning because of Velma’s admiration for him and he serves as a surprisingly good villain. I can’t do this review without mentioning the fan favorite stand outs being the Hex Girls. Thorn being essential to resolving the monster shows how included the side characters are in this movie. This movie definitely convinced me to keep up the scooby-doo marathon.
