What a beautiful meditation on human emotion and connection that is experienced both through art and our shared traumas and experiences. I am floored this failed to secure a Best Picture nomination. Just an incredibly impressive and poignant work of cinema.

Juror #2 2024
This is a compelling legal drama with a taut screenplay that definitely highlights so much of the ambiguity and moral vagueness inherent in our American legal system. Even if at times the supporting characters feel very one-note and some of the technicalities may have real-life legal experts rolling their eyes, this one still packs a punch and makes you think about what justice looks like on all sides of a criminal trial.

John Wick: Chapter 4 2023
Everything about this cumulative chapter in the John Wick saga is firing on all cylinders. As per usual the technical aspects standout: the cinematography, sound editing, production design... all stellar. But this installment also felt like one of the most thematically poignant, as well as sporting some excellent supporting performances, particularly from franchise newcomers Donnie Yen, Rina Sawayama, and Shamier Anderson. Director Chad Stahelski deserves all the flowers for his visionary effort to revitalize the modern action genre, delivering what audiences love to see at every turn.
