The Laramie Project 2002
I watched this as a tiktok recommendation, specifically because of the recent passing on Sam Nordquist. It’s an important point in LGBTQIA+ history about a gay man brutally beaten by 2 homophobic men and left for dead. I hope Matthew, Sam, Nex and all other Queers and Trans people that have passed, especially due to violence, find peace. This movie wasn’t perfect, it focused a lot on the camera crew, but what it’s about is still really important. I’m glad Matthew got some justice for what happened to him.

This is actually a really good horror sequel. I like the use of shots from the first movie and how they redid and played off of old shots. The new shots are great too, the hotel elevator going down to the hospitals basement was shocking and perfect!
Sean eating a rat again is amazing! Using him as a way to explain new lore and how the hospital was a good choice. The map he made is really cool. It’s sad…
