The Creator 2023
I think the plot and storytelling of this film are lacking, but the futuristic depictions of the world 45 years from now are fascinating. There are no special acting performances in this; John David Washington and Ken Watanabe were solid but nothing great. What really carries this film and makes it worth watching is the way it looks. It is pretty amazing they made The Creator look so good with a relatively low budget. Overall, this was an okay film for me, but I was impressed by what they pulled off.
