Just a solid well put together spy thriller. Doesn’t really do anything crazy both narratively or behind the camera but the characters are all fleshed out, everyone nails their roles, and it’s just a very solid who dun it. Both dinner party scenes and the polygraph one were the highlights.

Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio 2022
Del toro always loves his monsters and creatures and his adaptation of Pinocchio is just as good as you would expect. The animation is gorgeous and the voice cast is stellar. Plus it really goes for the more darker aspects of the story and handles Gepetto’s tragic backstory really well.
Jiminy getting injured the entire movie was so cruel but also hilarious. Ewan voiced him so well.

One of the funniest movies Scorsese’s made. Off the first five minutes you already know it’s gonna be a wild ride and from those initial scenes alone it already looks better than 80% of the movies that came out this decade.
So many hilarious one lines and perfect dead pan delivery. Griffin Dunne Is unreal as Paul and really sells how broken, annoyed, and defeated he is by end of this endless nightmare of a night.
