  During my tenure as circuit judge for Baxter and Fulton counties in the early 00s, I learned a great deal about the law, its practical implementation in everyday lives, and the consequences of unfair bias. The social contract on which civilization is predicated is delicate, and requires civic heroes to uphold it. When I saw that there was a new movie coming out about this very topic--a league of extraordinary people committed to justice--I was admittedly very excited.
