  Sean Baker films make me feel... frustrated? And not like in a motivating social justice righteous frustration kind of way, like wallowing, stagnant frustration.
  I think it's something about the pacing. He pulls me in with this distressing, loud-mouthed confusion, and then it just kind of stays that way for 2 hours.
