The cat in the hat is the best movie ever made, but it definitely doesn't deserve to be with the other 4 incompetent in comparison movies.

I think it’s dull. It’s a repeat. This guy beats his wife, commits crime, and laughs at Joe Pesci. It’s the same thing over and over. They go to prison twice, have like 5 family feasts, etc. it’s just repeated like the same stuff over and over. With that being said, there are some great performances and ideas, it just doesn’t really do much for me. Personally. I also wasn’t very attached to Liotta’s character past the 1 hour mark.
