A Complete Unknown 2024
I’m writing this a week after watching the movie. And I still am not sure who I loved and didn’t. I know I don’t like BD. Loved Pete. But Sylvie. Joan.
This did rekindle my love for old school folk music. REAL FOLK music.

Manchester by the Sea 2016
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I’ve never watched a movie and been sad the ENTIRE time. The way the movie always looks cold, and just so melancholy. I am just sad. Cried when Lee was in the police station, cried when his house burnt down, cried when he met with Randy again. Casey affleck is such an amazing film actor. This movie is so good, and so sad all the time. It’s such a good, I want to be sad in the fall with a hot drink and warm blankets movie.

Dead Poets Society 1989
I LOVE THIS MOVIE. It makes me want to go off onto the country side and just write poetry, and feel like a king, make women swoon, and live off of the creativity of my own mind.

Dune: Part Two 2024
After 4 days of reflection and thought it is now time for my Letterboxd review of the 2.
Initial thoughts first. Then we’ll get into pros and cons. (For reference I just read the book)
Amazing cinematography and sfx. Spectacular cgi. Fantastic acting. It is amazing for someone who won’t read the books. As movies should be. But there is always things that directors leave out that book readers wish they’d leave in.
Pros!
- sfx, cinematography acting. As mentioned. …Translated from by
