  Guadagnino's Queer is a mess. It is a damn shame since I walked into the theater wanting to love it, but I just couldn't.

  The film delivers on what it promised its mainstream audience: explicit gay sex scenes featuring Daniel Craig, who gives the performance of a lifetime in general all throughout the film, but it fails to deliver something I like my movies to have: a clear sense of storytelling and deep connections between characters.

  Terrible, barely defensible. It's so convoluted and up its own ass it ends up being a parody of itself. It prostitutes and dishonors the movies it wants to pay homage to. The soundtrack is, legitimately, one of the worst I've ever heard on the big screen.   I refuse to see as normal the commercial business practice Marvel is doing at the moment with films. 

  I watched this days ago and I couldn’t figure out a way to review it until now and this is my answer.

  The ending left me infuriated, everyone at my theater was in shock (not for good reason) and watching the credits roll literally took the air out of everyone I talked to afterwards.
