  this is almost a perfect script for doug liman’s skillset to make the next big crime comedy ™️ but it just ends up as an okay movie because rhythm of the movie is just off. liman strangely blocks the scenes where visual gags are the star and editing misses to make witty lines hit. at times casey affleck and matt damon seems like they are just cashing in their check as does liman. i don’t know this just makes you think about how good this movie could have been if the rhythm of the narrative was just spot on…
