Do you like awkward teen girls awkwardly interacting with other awkward teen girls in a very slice of life format? boy do i have the anime for you. there is a very fun art style when they illustrate the book in the movie, outside of that we don't really get much. the music is pleasant but only feels like a tool to tell this awkward glimpse of teen gay love.

everyone knows the beach boys, but I had no clue about Brian, pretty crazy story that felt like it was told correctly. it didnt focus on unneeded plot points for drama or tension just a good story showing the ups and downs of Brian's genius and disorder. This certain sets a bar for biopics for me.
