Very much in the mould of other pared back, slick ultra violent revenge flicks, and approaches the kills with a huge amount of enthusiasm, but really leans into the 'horror' of violence in a way the others of the genre don't. Emphasising how close knit the 'bandits' are also distinguishes it - these aren't faceless goons being mowed down, they're uncles, brothers, and sons.
Also, one of the best title card drops in recent cinema.
In short, an absolute banger.
