The Bikeriders 2023

A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night 2014
Beautifully shot. I quite like the slow pace and overall ambiguity. One to ruminate on. I’ll definitely revisit it.
This is a hard one to rate numerically. I expect the rating may climb upon subsequent viewings.
Great soundtrack, by the way.

Murdering the Devil 1970
An odd, beautifully composed little movie. The music is still stuck in my head hours later. Jirina Bohdalová gives an enchanting performance, and the visuals and set design are really unique. The ending is rather abrupt and out of left field, but contains the funniest sound editing moment in the movie. Glad I was able to catch a screening of it remastered.
