Billy Elliot 2000
What a beautiful film. This topic has been making me angry since a little kid. In a way i can relate to Billy. Stereotypes are a disease. Why can’t a boy like ballet? What difference does it make in their sexuality? Always bothered me and always will.
We used to have Billy Elliot on DVD in my house so the poster was always familiar to me, but i had never watched the film. Definitely one of the best movies ever. Jamie Bell was outstanding and he portrayed Billy perfectly. Really touching story. Wow.
