Music and scenic shots were good. Everything else was terrible.

I’ll start with something positive. The only thing about this movie that truly moved me was Ferrera’s speech about how impossible it is to be a woman. 

Now for the negatives:
This movie was a disappointment after all of the hype and praise people are giving it. The musical numbers could’ve and should’ve ended after the first one. None of that was needed but I guess holes needed to get filled somehow. 

Definitely NOT what I expected. Definitely left with disappointment.

This movie made me wish I had ride or die friends like them but just a smidge less rowdy. It also made me realize the lack of friends I have and makes me want to make friends but at the same time not lol
