  Feels tighter as it goes along. The first act feels like it was glued together with spit. But by the second act they let Sam Raimi actually direct the movie and it gets good.
  And not only is it good, it's probably the best directed mcu film ever, and it's not even Raimi's best since a lot of the time he still has to work within the confinements of a MCU movie.

  With that said, this is still a pretty basic story with some nice character moments here and there, but nothing too deep.

  It does the job its trying to do and does it well.
