  The worms in my brain are usually very displeased with movie watching (too long to pay attention) but this movie’s impeccable characterization and acting kept me hooked. Honestly one of the best I’ve ever watched, with a great child-like POV that makes coming of age feel original once again.

  This movie is for those with mental illnesses. Don’t be swayed by the poor reviews. I was astonished by this movie, the way it captured time loss, disconnect with reality, paranoia, grief and trauma. Further than that, the interactions with institutional healthcare are *chefs kiss*. Every person who’s tried treatment can probably attest to telling a mental healthcare professional something deeply traumatic and getting a brief “I’m sorry...next question”. Alison Brie is stunning and talented as usual. My one complaint was the ending. They really pulled a Grease in that regard.
