    It's certainly one of the more innovative horror films I've seen recently, which is refreshing, considering how often unrequested mediocre remakes saturate theaters and streaming sites. As a millennial, I appreciated rewinding to the '90s, but had this flick released 30 years ago, it's safe to say all of Gen Y might have trashed our TVs, VHS cassettes, and VCRs. After all, we barely sat through Shocker (1989) and The Ring (2002) for similar reasons.
