Made me think of my own mortality and gave me tingles all over during and after watching. Why did he linger so much on the faces being peeled off? The images of faces peeled off and the bloody kids cadaver will stick with me forever.

i first watched this in 2017 and just rewatched. the rewatch reminded me how much i love this movie. it has everything your girl wants: drama, romance, brujeria, broken eggs, turtles in bathtubs, awful sound effects, just enough behind the scenes footage, poop jokes, random flash frames, a misplaced film reel... and the list goes on and on...
